<p>Dr. Dipre is a bilingual and bicultural counsellor and counsellor educator, who was awarded the Syracuse University School of Education Dissertation Prize Award for her innovative work related to intersectional barriers mental health service use among US-born Latine/x populations in the United States. She serves as an Advisory Board Council member for the National Board for Certified Counselors and is the former Mentorship Chair for the Association for Multicultural Counseling Association.</p>

<p>Dr. Dipre is a bilingual and bicultural counsellor and counsellor educator, who was awarded the Syracuse University School of Education Dissertation Prize Award for her innovative work related to intersectional barriers mental health service use among US-born Latine/x populations in the United States.</p> <p><br />Dr. Kirsis A. Dipre is an advocate and academic for increased accessibility to mental health services. Currently, a Core Faculty, Counseling@Northwestern, The Family Institute at Northwestern University and a Licensed Professional Counselor at Advocacy and Education Consulting in Illinois. Dr. Dipre is a National Certified Counselor and has worked in various community and hospital settings providing mental health services to a variety of populations, primarily racially, ethnically, and economically marginalised and underserved populations.</p> <p><br />She is dedicated to the counselling profession and is actively involved in mentorship of emerging counsellors and counsellor educators as well as leadership positions across multiple professional organisations. Some of these roles include serving as an Advisory Board Council member for the National Board for Certified Counselors and former Mentorship Chair for the Association for Multicultural Counseling Association.</p>
